Tim Turner- League Treasurer :
Working With Skeeter Cordova To get a new quote on the league insurance.
The balance from Bill Hatch Sports is at $0 after $2976 credit applied
We have a $500-$750 credit for Schutt Helmets from Bill Hatch
$15,000 in bank account after $5000 Loan Payment Made
Purchased 100-7 Pad Sets from athletic Supply for $540
Suggested upping the Camp Fee by $10 will look into this at a later Date.

Mike Miranda – Planning and Scheduling Co-VP:
Has been to a few field allocation meetings All but 2 middle school fields nailed down at this time. Jamboree Set for August 27th at Ingersoll Stadium in Olympia, WA

Completed list of all league contact information will send out to the board.
Working With Tracie on new Database.

Tracie Malmin – Registrar, Co-Cheer VP:
Working With Chris Skinner and Dave Herbert on creating a new Database for the league.
Set date for Cheer Competition With Mary Duray of Tumwater High School October 23rd
Contacted Black Hills Gymnastics about running the competition again.

Doug Vincent – Co-Planning and Scheduling :
Found someone to repaint the helmets for $5 a piece
Will work on proposal for All Star Game

Contacted Rochester Coach looking to join our seniors division due to levy issues within the school district. He will updated us with more info.

Todd Wilmovsky- Rules and Oversight VP:
Will begin working on the new weight rules for the league.

Discussed Name and Color alignment with High Schools

Ruled that Franchise Head coaches would have control over team names and colors on a yearly basis subject to league budget and equipment availability. All changes need to be formally proposed to the board by 1/31 of the current year in order to be approved in time for jersey ordering.
